After a short break for Thanksgiving, we resumed our regularly scheduled training program last week at CSIpgh Main with our 3-day City Multi Install & Service Training Course. Led by CSIpgh Technical Advisor Lou Kummer, this was our second Fall offering of the CM Install & Service course, and also the last course on our 2016 training schedule.
The class provided a thorough education on everything you’d ever want to know about CM Systems. From learning the ins and outs of the R2 product line, to determining basic operation requirements, to using advanced design and maintenance tools – we covered it all!
Participants were given a hands on demo of Diamond System Builder, an interactive system selection and design tool. Additionally, the course also covered usage of Mitsubishi’s Maintenance Tool, which allows technicians to monitor and collect system data, and also aids in troubleshooting City Multi Systems.
We’ll be back in the New Year with even MORE classes for your. Be sure to keep an eye on our training page, where we will be posting the 2017 training schedule shortly. In the meantime, if there is a topic that you’d like to have CUSTOM training on, get in touch and we’d be happy to personally train you and your staff!
