It’s been a busy few weeks around here, and we are sure it is much the same on your end! Today’s weekly rundown is more of a monthly rundown since May passed by in the blink of an eye.
Now that the remodel is finished, we are once again training at CSIpgh Main — including two different courses this week! Tuesday through Thursday was the City Multi Install/Service Training, and today we are hosting an Advanced Maintenance Tool training. We will be holding another City Multi Install/Service training later this month from 6/27 – 6/29; for more information please visit our training page. Note that this will be the last training of the Spring before we break for the summer. We’ll let you know once the fall training schedule has been posted!
In other training news, last week we held a business course at CSIpgh East. For this training, we brought in the experts from No Pressure Selling to teach their two-day GROW seminar. This seminar covered invaluable topics such as reducing overhead costs, boosting sales, and calculating financial ratios to determine business health.
Here at CSIpgh we want to make sure that YOU are set up for success, and we know that this goes far beyond install and service training. We understand that most small business owners are too busy running their businesses to take weeks-long crash courses in management, so if there is any topic that you’d like to learn more about (ok… maybe not fly fishing or basket weaving) please let us know. Your success is vital to our success, and we want to make sure that our customers feel knowledgeable and confident in all areas of the business.
To celebrate the remodel of CSIpgh Main, we’ll be hosting an Open House on Monday, 6/5 from 11 – 3. Please stop by for a visit to see the new digs, and while you’re here, grab a bite to eat! We’ll have a BBQ lunch catered by Hogfathers and the Kona Ice truck will be camped out at well. We hope to see you there!
Last but not least, the June edition of our American Standard newsletter is now available available for your perusal.
