How long have you worked at Comfort Supply?

Since October, 2003.

How did you get into the industry?

I did two years of technical training, a year at North American Training Academy & CCBC for A/C and Refrigeration. I did 5 years as a route sales rep in Florida, and spent 7 years as a service coordinator manager in Pittsburgh. I interviewed here about a year before I started, but I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do at that time so I stayed put at the other job. About a year later, a former employee of CSI pushed me to join the industry & Comfort Supply team, so I came in for another interview and took the job. And I’ve been here for 13 years!

What is your favorite part about working at CSIpgh?

My favorite thing is probably the freedom to make your own decisions; I like not having all the red tape. If my customer has an issue, I have the power to take care of it. I do whatever it takes to get the job done, and my hands aren’t tied. And of course, all of the lovely people!

What drives you professionally?

Success, accomplishing goals, and making money for the company and my family.

What is a fun fact about yourself?

I’m an avid archery hunter and outdoorsman.
