How long have you worked at Comfort Supply?
It is my first official week.
How did you get into the industry?
I knew that a traditional 4 year college wasn’t for me, so I went to Triangle Tech right out of High School. Once I was done with school, I started as a tech and worked on the service and install side for about 4 years. After that I was promoted to go into Sales, and I did that until 2010. I left the industry for a couple of years and rejoined in May of 2016.
What is your favorite part about working at CSIpgh?
The biggest thing that drew me to Comfort Supply was the family atmosphere. From my initial meeting with Justin, he explained what the culture was all about, and it was reiterated when I met with Dave and Brendan later. I knew that it was something that I wanted to be a part of.
What drives you professionally?
It’s all about making progress and constantly looking for ways to improve. I think thats the end goal for all sales jobs, but I like that here I’m not just thought of as a number – I’m in charge of my own progression.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
Outside of work, I coach my daughter’s travel softball team so I always have a bunch of 13 and 14 year-old young ladies keeping me on my toes! They just taught me about Snapchat and Bitmoji; I always thought I was pretty technically savvy until I started spending time with young people!
