How long have you worked at Comfort Supply?

May of 2013.

How did you get into the industry?

After High School, my best friend and I weren’t sure what we wanted to do, so we started working in a warehouse. Shortly after that, we decided that we needed to go to school for something. Everyone needs Heating & Air Conditioning- so that seemed like a good choice! I decided to go to Triangle Tech, where I got an associate’s degree and graduated with honors. I started out as an installer at a dealership, then I got an opportunity to work for another company in the service division. Ever since 1991, I’ve been involved in service & sales. I saw an ad for a technical advisor position at CSI, so I called and expressed interest. I had known Dave casually for years, so I interviewed and we hit it off – and here I am.

What is your favorite part about working at CSIpgh?

The people- I really like working for Dave; the technical challenge- I like figuring things out; and I like supporting the products. I really like everything!

What drives you professionally?

Technology – it is constantly changing in this industry. Everything has changed from a basic heating and air conditioning system to a high efficiency comfort system.

What is a fun fact about yourself?

I love playing and collecting guitars- I have 16 in total. My favorite is a Gibson Les Paul, I have 8 of them!
